Everything You Need in One System

Attendance365 is a complete attendance & salary management solution for businesses. Admin controls store accounts, employees and reports. Stores only submit attendance.

Admin Store Accounts

Admin creates store login accounts. Each store has its own access to submit attendance, but only admin can manage employees and reports.

Employee Management

Add employee name, email/phone, NI number, hourly rate, default break minutes, and more. Employees are linked to a specific store for clean filtering.

Daily Attendance Form

Store submits attendance with work date, shift start/end time, and break minutes. If attendance already exists for that employee on that date, the system blocks duplicates.

Automatic Break Deduction

Paid hours are calculated by deducting break minutes from shift duration. Example: 8h shift with 20m break = paid 7h 40m.

Hourly Rate Payroll

Salary is calculated using employee hourly rate. Paid Hours × Rate = Daily Pay. Simple, accurate, and consistent.

Smart Filters

Admin can filter by store, then employee list loads automatically for that store. Filter attendance by date range, employee, and store in seconds.

Attendance Reports

View attendance records with paid time, breaks, shift timing, and daily salary value. Clean tables that work perfectly for business managers.

Salary Report Calculator

Select store + employee + date range to generate a salary breakdown. Includes totals: paid minutes, paid hours, and total pay.

Role Based Access

Admin has full control. Stores only have attendance form access. This prevents mistakes and keeps payroll data safe and centralized.

How Attendance365 Works

A simple 3-step flow designed for daily use in busy stores.

1

Admin Creates Store Login

Admin creates store login credentials (store name, address, email & password). Each store can sign in to record attendance.

2

Admin Adds Employees

Admin adds employees and assigns them to a store. Set hourly rate and default break minutes per employee.

3

Store Submits Attendance

Store enters daily shifts: date, employee, start/end, and break. Paid hours and daily pay are calculated automatically for admin reports.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers so you understand exactly how the system works.

Who can add employees?
Only the Admin can add, edit, or delete employees. Stores cannot manage employee data. Stores only submit attendance.
Can I manage multiple stores?
Yes. Admin can create unlimited store logins, and each store will submit attendance separately. Reports can be filtered store-wise.
How does break calculation work?
Paid time = (Shift End - Shift Start) - Break Minutes. Example: 8:00 hours shift with 20 min break → paid 7h 40m.
What if attendance is added twice for the same date?
The system blocks duplicates. If an employee already has attendance for that date, the store will see an error message: Attendance already exists.
How do salary reports work?
Admin selects store + employee + date range. The system lists daily paid time and pay. It also displays totals: total paid minutes, total paid hours, and total pay (£).
Can admin search store and employees easily?
Yes. Admin selects a store first, then employees dropdown loads only employees from that store. Dropdowns are searchable for fast selection.
